REHEATING, REFRIGERATING & FREEZING
Your bread is packaged to be able to pop in the oven (just remove the sticker from the tin foil, but parchment paper and tin foil can be placed right onto a pan), refrigerate or freeze right away.
Refrigerating & freezing tips: Your bread is packaged to be ready to put right into the freezer to preserve. If you will be eating some of your bread and then freezing, I recommend wrapping in parchment paper or plastic wrap and then tin foil. This will keep in the fridge for up to 3 months.
Reheating from fresh: Place in oven at 400°F on tin foil or metal tray on one of the middle racks of your oven. Cover with tin foil if you don’t want the top to brown any further. Check after ~10 minutes depending on desired crispiness and temperature level. Let rest for a few minutes and serve.
Reheating from refrigerator: Allow to come to room temperature (~20 minutes). Place in oven at 400°F on tin foil or metal tray on one of the middle racks of your oven. Cover with tin foil if you don’t want the top to brown any further. Check after ~15 minutes depending on desired crispiness and temperature level. Let rest for a few minutes and serve.
Reheating from frozen: Move to refrigerator to defrost for at least 24 hours. Allow to come to room temp and follow above instructions.
Sauce / Jus Warming – This can also be put right into a pot (heat on low, bring to a simmer, then serve), refrigerated (use or freeze within 2-3 days) or frozen (good for up to 3 months)
